What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with people with anxiety and stress concerns, and help you identify ways of coping with symptoms from the early stages in therapy, and to reduce overall anxiety over time. After applying practical, immediate ways of reducing the intensity of anxiety symptoms, I guide people to understand and overcome challenges that come with anxiety. I also specialize in working with those seeking support in relationships. Whether it's your goal to build stronger relationships, learn how to set healthy boundaries, or end relationships in a healthy way that is respectful for all involved, I can provide the support you need to feel more confident in your choices with friends, family, and relationships in the work environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I enjoy learning about and connecting with people, and I feel honored to share in the growth process with the people with whom I work. I believe support looks different for everyone. I encourage patients to give me feedback, so we can work collaboratively and utilize the most helpful techniques in therapy to help you meet your goals. Together we will identify what approach helps you feel most supported to explore your concerns learn about yourself, identify your goals, and grow in a way that feels open and comfortable, while also feeling encouraged to challenge yourself.
