My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining thoughtful psychiatric evaluation and medication management with genuine human connection. We can start wherever they are and move forward together, at a pace that feels comfortable and realistic. I encourage my patients to ask questions, voice concerns, and take an active role in decisions about their care. Above all, my goal is for every patient to feel seen, heard, supported, and hopeful, knowing they have a safe space where they can be open, understood, and work toward becoming the healthiest version of themselves
