It was a present visit with Dr Fong. He listens to you carefully. Asks you questions about your symptoms. The process was quick but thorough. He gave me a sheet that explained my symptoms and how should I take care of it. He is much helpful then many other urgent care doctors I’ve seen. He is very good.

Was able to be seen relatively fast. Examined by Dr. Fong, who realized the potential seriousness of my condition and recommended going to an ER. It was good advice, and since the the ultimate result was 'negative,' it gave me piece of mind.

It was definitely the easiest doctor appointment I have ever made. I am usually unable to get a doctor appointment within a month, but Zocdoc got me a doctor appointment in the same day.
And to top that off, it was with a great doctor who was very helpful. Doctor Fong was great! He asked me questions about how I was feeling and took everything I said into account and then decided the best treatment. I was grateful that he made sure to ask which medicines I am allergic to before prescribing me anything because I completely forgot to tell him. He put my prescription in and it was ready in like a half an hour. Literally the easiest and most effective doctor appointment I've ever had in my life. I will definitely be using Zocdoc from now on & I will probably return to Doctor Fong's if I have another issue.

There was a little bit of a wait, but there wasn't really anything Dr. Fong or anyone at the office could have done about it. Otherwise, he was responsive and helpful. I would recommend.

I was seen without rush. The physician took time to examine and to walk me through some of the possible causes of my back pain. The medication helped and I was back on my feet the next day, even though I still have some recovering to do.
