She is certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Deanna has experience working in acute inpatient hospital and outpatient private practice settings. She sees children, adolescents, and adults and specializes in treating anxiety and mood disorders, substance abuse and addiction, and managing patients with dual diagnosis. Deanna was very friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and understanding. She knew when and what to ask and thoroughly explaing everything regarding medication. She explained why and what causes my reactions and then explained how we would start to treat it. I was dreading this appointment, and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
