Debbra A. Keegan, M.D., comes to IRMS from IVF Florida Reproductive Associates. While in Florida, she was an assistant professor at FIU College of Medicine, actively teaching students and residents. A native New Yorker, Dr. Keegan completed her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center. She received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same institution.
Dr. Keegan is board certified in reproductive endocrinology. She completed her undergraduate work at Cornell University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. She then earned a Master of Science in Biology from the Graduate School of Arts and Science at the same university where she later completed her medical training, where she studied the effects of maternal nutrition on pregnancy.
Dr. Keegan was recently accepted into the prestigious CREST program run by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Duke University, and the NICHD. She also serves as the Medical Director of B.U.M.P.S., Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Florida-licensed, federally tax-exempt charitable organization found at yourbump.org. B.U.M.P.S. assists couples facing difficulty conceiving by issuing grants for fertility-related medical treatments.
She is experienced in IVF, diminished ovarian reserve, and fertility preservation.
