I had pre-registered so the front office part was very simple— I was taken back within 5 minutes of arriving. In the exam room I only waited a few minutes for my provider to arrived. She conducted the screening efficiently but thoroughly, responded thoughtfully to my questions, and gave me a couple of useful tips. The process was completed within about 20 minutes.

I waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room and I was a few minutes early. I waited about 10 minutes in the exam room but Dr. Szafran was so kind and thorough, I even told her how thorough she was and she appreciated me noticing it. I will definitely go back to her again!
