“Been working with her once a year for about six years. Will say that I pretty much follow all her advice except with regard to one suggestion where I just did not like the taste. My stomach has calmed down, I seem to no longer have leaky gut. My blood-work is all normal. For the last couple years. I was even able to lower my cholesterol medication and eliminate another. Remains to be seen how my Dexascan is for my osteoporosis. But she explains testing, results and suggested changes. Very easy to work with particularly if you have certain dietary requirements (kosher, vegetarian, vegan). Thank you Debbie!!”

Very kind nutritionist that is willing to do SO MUCH for you. She really listens to where you are at right now and provides realistic steps instead of providing something that’s too farfetched or sounds like it wouldn’t help in meeting your goals. My visit(s) with Debbie Bessen have been incredible. She asked a lot of questions to get a full picture of my diet and general health. Not only is she genuinely concerned about my health, she is lovely to speak with. She is very patient and understanding and really listened to my concerns and past struggles.
She came up with a great plan that is specific to me ( no one size fits all here!) and obtainable. I am so happy to have found her, She combines her personal touch and genuine care with her wealth of dietary and nutrition knowledge.
