She got her BS in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota after completing her B.A. in Anthropology and Global Development Studies at Grinnell College. She obtained her Graduate Certificate in Dietetics from Iowa State University. In her free time, she loves training for and competing in triathlon and endurance running events. She is also mom to two young children, and they spend a lot of time playing, cooking, reading, and enjoying our dogs.
