About Dr. Deborah Manst
I am a board-certified preventive medicine physician with advanced training in menopause management, hormone therapy, metabolic health, lifestyle and integrative medicine.
I am passionate about helping women navigate menopause with personalized, evidence-based care that integrates hormonal/non-hormonal methods with lifestyle strategies. As a woman who went through surgical menopause at 35, I empathize with others who are struggling with this transition in life!
My approach is to restore balance, improve energy, and support long-term wellness and quality of life. In addition to addressing hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, sleep disruption, and low libido, I offer medical weight-loss, including GLP-1s (semaglutide/tirzepatide) with a healthy lifestyle to manage weight and metabolism issues.
In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our dog Rowena, as well as family and good friends. Encourage me to pick back up playing the ukulele! And I am happy to discuss Netflix recommendations!

Dr. Manst is not your Western medicine doctor. She actually cares about who I am, my behaviors, then applies this knowledge to the current concern. She understands that if I’m coming to her, I would like to try anything natural first either through diet or moving my body differently. This is really important to me to be understood, heard, and cared for in this way.

I came to Dr. Manst after years of feeling brushed off by doctors. She truly listens and explains what’s happening in a way that makes sense. Within weeks of starting her treatment plan, my hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings improved dramatically. I’m finally sleeping thru the night and feeling like myself again.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Manst and Midlife MD! I was struggling to lose weight for years where I was trying every diet and exercise plan possible and had little success. Dr. Manst took an individualized approach using GLP-1 therapy (Ozempic in my case) and the results were shocking! I am down about 25 lbs in 3 months! I have lots of extra energy now and my food cravings are way lower.
Dr. Manst monitors everything closely, explains how the medication works, and also helps you make better lifestyle choices alongside the medication. So it's not just a prescription, but a program that actually works for me and my situation. I'm really happy I found Dr. Manst and she's changed my life!! So I highly recommend her and her team and I've told all my friends about her and she's helped them too!
