Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
MO
Seeking help for your mental health is a courageous first step, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C), providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, insomnia, grief, life transitions, women's mental health, postpartum concerns, perimenopause, and stress-related conditions. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I believe effective treatment begins with understanding the whole person—not simply treating symptoms. Together, we'll explore the biological, psychological, relational, and, when desired, spiritual factors that influence your mental health. In addition to traditional psychiatric care, I offer Christian counseling and integrative psychiatric treatment for patients who wish to incorporate their faith and evidence-informed nonpharmacologic interventions into the healing process. My goal is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care that respects your values and supports your goals. Patients often tell me they appreciate that I take time to listen, explain the "why" behind symptoms and treatment options, and partner with them in developing a personalized treatment plan. Whether you're seeking medication management, therapy, or an integrated approach, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and lasting wellness.
