I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from GA Southwestern State University and subsequently pursued my Master of Science in Nursing at GA State University, graduating with honors, and my Master of Health Administration with honors from Missouri State University. My nursing career has been profoundly shaped by experiences in med-surg units, ICU, ER, medical oncology, and psychiatric units. With a person-centered and integrative approach rooted in evidence-based practices, I provide medication management, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy enriched with motivational interviewing, lifestyle modifications, grounding techniques, and mindfulness practices. With exceptional listening skills and professionalism, I will collaborate with you and together, we will create a treatment plan best suited for your unique needs.
