“ Deborah Prather, APRN, RN was by far the most knowledgeable provider I have ever had. She explained in great detail everything about my diagnosis. she did an outstanding job listening to my concerns and addressing them all. I understand how busy most providers are but at no time did she give me the impression that she was rushing me out the door. I wish I had found out about her years ago. She is absolutely great and in less than a week since my Visit, I am already feeling much better.
I would be remised if I did not acknowledge her support staff. Everyone from the front desk staff, laboratory technician, and the medical assistant. The medical assistant did an outstanding job comforting me and ensuring me that my care was in the best hands with Deborah Prather, APRN, RN. Historically, medical assistants drawing my blood would take 2-3 attempts before drawing an acceptable sample. The medical assistant here did it on the first attempt. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”
