Our Tele-Psychiatry program enables us to have direct interaction with our patients from a distance where we are able to deliver live, interactive communication and offer a range of services including psychiatric evaluations, patient education and medication management.

My typical process begins with an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and background to understand your unique needs. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, treatments or other approaches based on what works best for you. I focus on open communication and collaboration throughout our work together, regularly checking in to track progress and adjust the plan as needed. My aim is to provide the support you need while empowering you to take an active role in your mental health journey.

I’ll save you the trouble if you happen to be a dual diagnosis patient like me; do not bother at all if you have ever had an issue with substance abuse, regardless of how long ago this occurred, and you also need a prescription for a controlled substance. I was informed that I would not be able to have the anti-anxiety meds refilled that I rely on as a rescue med for panic attacks about 40 minutes into a one hour intake appointment. Save yourself the trouble, find someone a little less risk-averse.
