“I like how I got an appointment sooner than later, but I felt that the dermatologist was not taking my concerns seriously. it was a very rushed appointment, and I was unable to state my concerns fully.
right now, my aunt is dying from cancer in her blood, bones, and skin and was told she is fine by former doctors.
I have the same scalp cysts, calcification of my skin, and masses on my breasts, but it's not being taken seriously. ”

About Debra Litke
Deb is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in patient care. Deb began her career as an NP in Gynecologic/Oncology, caring for women with gynecologic malignancies at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2008, she made a career shift into dermatology, joining Northeast Dermatology Associates, where she leveraged her knowledge and experience to enable her to provide the highest quality dermatologic care to adult men and women and develop a true passion for medical and cosmetic dermatology. Deb obtained her BS in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
Deb is also certified by the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Board (DNPCB). This prestigious certification is given only to Nurse Practitioners who have demonstrated the highest level of competency, comprehension, and advanced training in the field of dermatology.

The doctor was all ready for my appointment when I showed up. They do take your notes into consideration and I have already dealt with NEDA so they knew I was back to get rid of this cyst. She checked up with me during my procedure to make sure I was okay. Very happy to finally get rid of this problem. They also took samples to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. The procedure did not take long at all and only a small incision, no scars or stitches. Great dermatologist team.

Deb is the best! She takes time to listen and offers her best medical advice, even in between visits if I have a question. I travel far to see her because she is such a great provider for both medical and cosmetic visits. She is very personable and always supportive of what I am looking for. I have seen other providers at NEDA over the years but she is my favorite.

I thought she was very pleasant and competent; however, she spoke a little too quickly when giving after care instructions to my daughter who has ADHD. Even I. who tends to have an easy time processing/recalling verbal information quickly, found it hard to keep up.

Dr. Litke was very efficient, I had four issues I wanted some advice on and she checked each one out thoroughly and had a bit of advice for each one - nothing serious, thank Goodness. She also froze something that she noticed on the back of my hand.
