“I like how I got an appointment sooner than later, but I felt that the dermatologist was not taking my concerns seriously. it was a very rushed appointment, and I was unable to state my concerns fully.
right now, my aunt is dying from cancer in her blood, bones, and skin and was told she is fine by former doctors.
I have the same scalp cysts, calcification of my skin, and masses on my breasts, but it's not being taken seriously. ”

Debra Litke, NP, is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed her Master's in Nursing at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. After transitioning from oncology to dermatology in 2008, she developed a passion for medical and cosmetic dermatology. The doctor was all ready for my appointment when I showed up. They do take your notes into consideration and I have already dealt with NEDA so they knew I was back to get rid of this cyst. She checked up with me during my procedure to make sure I was okay. Very happy to finally get rid of this problem. They also took samples to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. The procedure did not take long at all and only a small incision, no scars or stitches. Great dermatologist team.

Deb is the best! She takes time to listen and offers her best medical advice, even in between visits if I have a question. I travel far to see her because she is such a great provider for both medical and cosmetic visits. She is very personable and always supportive of what I am looking for. I have seen other providers at NEDA over the years but she is my favorite.

I thought she was very pleasant and competent; however, she spoke a little too quickly when giving after care instructions to my daughter who has ADHD. Even I. who tends to have an easy time processing/recalling verbal information quickly, found it hard to keep up.

Dr. Litke was very efficient, I had four issues I wanted some advice on and she checked each one out thoroughly and had a bit of advice for each one - nothing serious, thank Goodness. She also froze something that she noticed on the back of my hand.
