Hello there! I'm Dr. DeJanea Tucker, DNP, CRNP, and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). I am passionately dedicated to your lifelong health and wellness. Serving Maryland, DC and NY, I am proud to be your partner in navigating your healthcare journey. I perform in-person visits in the comfort of your home. I provide Telehealth self pay appointments and also In-Home assessments on an as needed basis.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chatham University, a Master’s in Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Health Nursing from Herzing University. This extensive education supports my commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care.
In my free time, I find joy and relaxation by the water, whether at the beach or poolside. Traveling to new destinations also plays a significant part in my life, allowing me to unwind and recharge, ready to provide the best care for my patients.
