I accept insurance for mental health services only, and those claims are processed securely through Headway. Headway manages insurance verification, eligibility checks, copay collection, and claims submission directly with your insurance plan to ensure a streamlined and secure experience for covered psychiatric services, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
All other services are offered through a transparent self-pay model designed to support a concierge and direct primary care approach. This includes integrative psychiatric care, extended mental health visits, direct primary care for mental health, wellness-focused medical visits, preventive health exams, cardiovascular screening, EKG testing, IV hydration in Riverview, IV vitamin infusions, vitamin injections, immune support therapy, metabolic optimization, and medical weight management.
I offer both membership and non-membership options for patients seeking personalized, high-touch care without the constraints often associated with traditional insurance-based models. Membership medicine allows for extended visit time, proactive wellness planning, and a more individualized treatment experience centered on whole-body health.
For patients with out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a detailed superbill upon request so you may submit for potential insurance reimbursement. While reimbursement is not guaranteed, many patients successfully use this option for concierge mental health or direct primary care services.
This hybrid model allows me to provide insurance-based psychiatric care when appropriate while preserving a refined, patient-centered concierge experience for comprehensive wellness services.
