My experience was very positive from start to finish. The provider was attentive, professional, and genuinely took the time to listen instead of rushing the appointment. Dr George's office contacted me as soon as I had made the appointment and made sure that I knew exactly what to expect and where to find the proper consent forms and everything else to be prepared for my meeting with her. They Then followed up the following day before my appointment to make sure that I was set and ready to go. Dr George was fantastic, I feel like she listened to me, heard my struggle with previous subscribers and helped figure out a solution that worked. I look forward to working with her more in the future.

Disregarded what I said the entire time, wants to retry what other providers have done that doesn’t work. Scheduled follow up appointment on call but never got email confirmation and then when I called to check day prior there had not been anything scheduled

Appointment never happened, filled out forms, answered questions, had phone call THEN found out they wouldn’t accept my son’s secondary insurance. So appointment was canceled. Oh! And we chose a 12:45 CENTRAL appointment, all emails said 1:45 EASTERN guy on phone said appointment was 1:45 central and acted like I didn’t know the difference.
