About Demetra Evrigenis
Demi is a holistic dietitian who focuses on using empathy and mindful approaches to help you improve your health and support your body through nutrition. Using a functional nutrition approach, she treats each individual according to their unique needs while emphasizing a food-first philosophy. Growing up with Type 1 Diabetes, Demi became deeply aware of the critical role diet plays in our well-being and how quality dietary practices can nurture the body. This personal experience inspired her to pursue a career as a registered dietitian to help others achieve the same.
Demi earned her Bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University and completed her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition at the University of the Pacific. Her approach to care prioritizes high-quality, nutrient-dense foods while addressing both the mental and physical aspects of health. She strives to meet patients where they are in their nutrition journey with empathy, empowering them to make sustainable changes that enhance overall well-being.
