Demetris is a dual board-certified Doctoral Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 16 years in medical experience, she has a strong passion for helping others and takes pride in her ability to focus on the patient as a whole being. With a background in public health, home health, psychiatry, and education, Demetris brings a unique perspective.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you are onboarded (signed all consent forms) as a patient, you will receive an email and text with your appointment date and time. At your first visit, we complete an intake, I give you my recommendations at the end of the visit, and you decided if you wish to continue as a patient at that time. If so, we send medications (if appropriate) or referral to therapy and schedule your follow up visit. Follow ups are every 30 days until stable, once stable we move visits out to 6 weeks then 8 weeks, etc.
