What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a thoughtful approach where your concerns are taken seriously. I focus primarily on medication management and take time to explain options clearly so you can make informed decisions about your care. My goal is to create supportive space for you where you are heard and feel comfortable asking questions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first visit, I focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you in. We’ll talk through your symptoms, relevant history, and any past treatments, and I’ll ask questions to help clarify the diagnosis and next steps. My sessions are centered on thoughtful medication management, with some supportive discussion on therapy.
