Welcome — I’m Dr. Davis, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing medication management for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, life stressors, and eating disorder–related concerns.
I offer thorough psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive, judgment-free space.
I hold a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice and am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes work in acute behavioral health, inpatient psychiatry, and state mental health settings, as well as teaching nursing students in both classroom and clinical environments.
For more than five years, I have provided psychiatric evaluations, follow-up visits, and medication management as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across long-term care and assisted living settings throughout North Carolina and Virginia. I also work with adolescents and adults in higher levels of care for eating disorders, collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams when appropriate.
Most clients benefit from follow-up visits to monitor progress, address side effects, and ensure the treatment plan is effective and aligned with their goals.
I am committed to helping clients feel heard, informed, and supported as they work toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
