Do NOT book with this provider! I was extremely disheveled and triggered (mental health wise) by the end of the appointment.
She was 20 mins late to the scheduled virtual appointment. When she finally joined, her phone went off a few times and she became distracted and would not even look at the screen and/or me.
I told the doctor all my medications and their doses. She took note and said Ok, let’s continue with the intake. Fast forward an entire 40 mins (which should have been a full hour, but her being late for 20 mins deducted that time), she says she was uncomfortable sending me my medication cause it’s not something she feels is right and the doses were too high for her liking (they were NOT controlled substances). She waited the entire session, wasted my time and took my money, just to tell me she would not send me my meds EVEN THOUGH I told her what my meds were at the start!!
And in response to my confusion, she said she didn’t know what to tell me and ended the session.
