I thought the green seats in the lobby were a little narrow for a big person.
Once I got in back with the nurses. I give them all a five star for great care. I would refer a friend to visit. ”

Once we arrived, they checked me in & got all my information. I only was there a few minutes before I was called back to the room, I was then taken back to get X-rays of my knees and my hips. Once I got back into the room there was a knock on the door and she came in, very Sweet and Very helpful & explained what she saw on my X-rays. She then asked me if I did want a shot, I said oh yes, hopefully it would take away the pain in my knee.
She said she wanted to see me again in 2 weeks.
I was Very Pleased with my visit, I am so glad I found this office!!!

Detailed description of symptom history, including prescribed medications, which were ignored, resulted in a prescription that was completely ineffective. Money wasted. A follow-up visit relaying this condition was meet with "There is nothing else we can do for you". How does that sound to you for exceptional service?

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was great that they were able to do xrays right there and give you results right away. They also had a brace for my knee and I didn't have to try and go to find one after I left.

I did not even see the doctor as they were advertising calling it Direct Orthopedic Care. Its been more than 10 days and I am still waiting for my MRI to be scheduled, they have no concern for the patient what so ever. I even asked the receptionist asking for the doctor to call me when ever he is available. They recomended me getting a MR-Arthogram, but they have no idea who does it in the area, can't belive this. I got called by Touchstone more than 5 times and they have been moving me around their locations and never got me scheduled to one, I tried explaining the same to the DOC but noone got back to me. Moving on to a different dcotor. I just hate the way they have zero concern for the patients pain, such a disgrace to the profession.
