“I tried to call him over an over about my medicine and I needed him to call me an take care of me getting my medicine an I left several messages an he wouldn't call me back an he told me he would so I could get my medicine but he didn't so I never got my medicine an I was very upset because I never got it an he never returned my. calls . I called at least 5-7 times an got no return an he didn't help me get my medicine. He told me he would but I never heard nothing. Not even a call or a police report. An his last words were he would take care of it and I would get it!!! Very disappointing!!!¡”

There is no specific cookie-cutter process in my book. It is all about the patient and their uniqueness. Every approach is person and dynamic centered so that each patient leaves my office feeling heard, understood, and supported. Safety is always paramount!

I saw this provider because I got new insurance that my PCP doesn't take, so when I needed a medication refill, my PCP suggested I find a provider online. I found this provider online; the provider did not listen, was dismissive, and acted as if I were drug-seeking when I saw him for a routine prescription refill. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.
