“I cannot say enough great things about Dr Macias and the entire staff! I was in crisis mode searching for a dermatologist that would see my son same day, I had two other appointments book and than cancel, I’m sure due to the short notice however Dr Macias office accepted the appointment! My son’s self esteem was being crushed daily due to his out of control achne, we met with her and she was AMAZING! Provided us with a clear plan, prescribed medication and was so very caring and understanding about what my son was going through. My son came out of this visit with hope and happiness and I thank this office with everything I have. We look forward to seeing you at the next appointment. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

Desirae is a compassionate and experienced PA-C with over 10 years in dermatology. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences in 2015 and completed her Doctor of Medical Science degree at Shenandoah University in 2025. Practicing in Huntington Beach, she is dedicated to delivering comprehensive dermatologic care while fostering lasting connections with her patients.
