“It was my first visit. When I arrived, front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Office was clean and organized. I was seen by Dr. Steele shortly afterwards. Dr. Steele was very warm. She was very attentive. Listened to all of my cares and concerns. She explained everything in great detail. Unlike previous Drs, I felt seen and heard. I didn't feel rushed and dismissed. I highly recommend her, and I'm making her my primary.”

Dr. Desiree was fantastic. All of the staff that I interacted with was so friendly and helpful as well, but I was so happy to find a PCP that I immediately loved as much Dr. Desiree. She listened so well, I did not ONCE feel like I was being rushed out or pressed for time, and I have also never had a doctor so fully and transparently explain to me the ins and outs of insurance so I don't have to pay more for the care I need. One quote from Dr. Desiree that I really think sums up how wonderful she was to see and how incredibly helpful: "You know what's wrong, you know what hurts. And I believe my patients. However I also want to make sure we can get your insurance to cover this, so you don't end up needing to pay anything you can't." As someone who has been having a chronic back issue with very little medical help for over a year, and doctors constantly telling me my pain isn't an issue, having someone so readily believe me and help was game changing.
