A Long Island native, Desmond is honored to give back to the community that has helped shape who he is today. I went in for a check up and Desmond did a great job of explaining every step and why he was doing it. Sometimes doctors take for granted that patients understand medical jargon, he didn’t. He was very patient in answering my questions!

I would like to commend Desmond for his excellent service. He was professional, and made my visit pleasant. Additionally, the receptionist was friendly and professional, which I appreciated.
However, I experienced significant issues with the handling of my electronic prescription, waiting almost 3 hours for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. I called the office to inquire about the delay, I spoke with Heather, who was quite cheeky. I explained my situation, mentioning the pharmacy closes early and I was in a lot pain.
Despite this, I waited another 45 minutes. The pharmacy still hadn’t received the prescription. I called a second time and was told the prescription was sent 15 minutes ago. The pharmacy confirmed it had just received the prescription and I I received a text confirming the prescription had just been sent.
Everyone in the office plays a role in providing excellent service. Being misled by the administrative team, affects the overall experience negatively.

As a new patient I was very impressed with the care and attention I recieved during my visit. The staff is very professional and friendly. The office waiting area is clean, well organized and orderly. Making follow up appointments was easy and convient. Desmond has an excellent bedside manner. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. He explained each step of the planned tests and potential treatments which put me at ease. I would highly recommend this practice.
