Physician Assistant
721 12200 S, Draper, UT
As a certified physician assistant specializing in psychiatry, I’m passionate about helping adults and older adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use, and women’s mental health—including postpartum support. I completed my Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Weber State University and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. I strive to bring warmth, sincerity, and a touch of humor to every encounter, because I believe building trust and connection is at the heart of healing. Outside of work, I love being outdoors in Utah’s mountains, playing pickleball, and spending time with my husband and son. Please note: I am accepting new patients for ongoing medication management support. I do not provide therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative and empowering—I want you to feel like an active participant in your own mental health journey. Together, we’ll explore the right mix of strategies for you, which may include lifestyle changes, therapy approaches, education, or medication management. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their goals, and supporting meaningful, lasting change. Education is central to my care, because I want you to feel more in control, more hopeful, and more connected to the life you want to live.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start with a thorough evaluation to understand your history, current challenges, and priorities. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy referrals, or lifestyle strategies to strengthen overall wellness. I check in regularly with patients, adjusting treatment as needed, and strive to create a safe and empathetic space where you feel comfortable working through challenges and moving toward lasting change.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
