What should a new client know about working with you?

I am dedicated to providing evidence-based care for those with psychiatric and behavioral health concerns by offering medication management services, psychedelic-assisted therapy, integration therapy, and medical cannabis. I believe in holistic approaches to mental health, including addressing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual elements of mental health care. I'm enthusiastic about providing innovative, cutting-edge treatment options including ketamine infusions and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). I'm also passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ affirming psychiatric services to clients in our community.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start with a thorough evaluation to understand your history, current challenges, and priorities. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy referrals, or lifestyle strategies to strengthen overall wellness.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
