Drawing on a decade of specialized training in somatic modalities, he help clients gently reconnect with their body’s wisdom and build lasting nervous system resilience.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Through somatic therapy, I help you gently reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Using Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Focusing, and other body-oriented practices, we work together at your pace to build safety, regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate deeper embodiment, resilience, and presence in daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

By developing your capacity for body sensing and nervous system regulation, you can move beyond surface-level insights into genuine transformation and embodied resilience. I invite you to explore what it feels like to come home to your body. If you’re ready to feel more connected, grounded, and alive, I’m here to support you.
