He is an Ohio native and attended The Ohio State University before transferring and completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Brigham Young University. He later completed his Master of Clinical Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Barry University in Miami, Florida. During his training, he was awarded the Carolyn Parkhurst Rosser Award which is given to the student who most exemplifies the qualities of strong moral and ethical character. Devon decided on a career in medicine because he loves to serve and connect with people on an individual basis. He saw from an early age the impact that compassionate providers can have on patients and their families and aspired to become one, himself. He loves getting to know our patients at ActiJoint and treats each one as family. In his spare time, Devon enjoys spending time with his wife and son, reading, watching movies, and sports such as golf, basketball, and snowboarding.
