What should a new client know about working with you?

The new client can expect a warm, non-judgmental, and deeply collaborative environment . As a bilingual provider fluent in both English and Spanish, I am highly committed to delivering culturally sensitive and accessible care. Whether we are discussing medication management, lifestyle modifications, or coping strategies. Healing is not always a linear process, but I am here to support my patients with empathy, patience, and evidence-based expertise every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first appointment will be a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to explore current symptoms, medical and personal history, past mental health treatments, and patient specific goals for care. By the end of this initial assessment, we will collaboratively design a personalized treatment plan. Subsequent follow-up appointments will generally focus on medication management, evaluating patient's progress, and making any necessary adjustments to patient's treatment. I consistently integrate supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and holistic wellness strategies into patient's visits. I am always happy to collaborate with or refer my patients to dedicated therapists to ensure they receive a complete continuum of care.
