“Dr. Awuah was very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. She is easy to talk with and I feel my concerns were heard. Due to poor research on my end, I was unaware Dr Awuah prefers a holistic approach of treatment. As someone who has been suffering with this condition for quite some time, a ‘watch and wait’ approach is not the treatment plan I hoped for. The appointment was scheduled as a same day, unfortunately Dr Anwuah was unaware of the scheduled appointment until I called her. All in all, this was a good visit, and I’d recommend her to anyone just starting to explore mental health concerns.”

Hi there, I'm Dr. Diana Jubilee Awuah, Doctor of Nursing Practice from Georgia State University, with a Master's in Nursing from South University.
Do you feel pulled in many directions and unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Are you feeling lost?
I help men, women, and children who are struggling with identity, anxiety, and depression to finally get a breakthrough so they can reclaim their joy, restore their confidence, and improve their overall health. Together, we can identify what is not working and get you back to balance. We will use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also incorporate mindfulness and other holistic modalities to help you foster a stronger relationship with yourself.
In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the problems and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING SELF-PAY. CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, CASH-APP, ZELLE, STRIPE, ETC.
What should a new client know about working with you?
We will use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I use traditional medical treatments and holistic therapies to improve client's health and wellness. I also incorporate mindfulness and other holistic modalities to help you foster a stronger relationship with yourself.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first session will be used to build the client and provider relationship and assessment. By learning some very specific things about your life, including your background, symptoms, relationships, work, health, and goals, Diana can more accurately determine how to help you and how to start off on the right track.
Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $200 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $125-175 for 30 minutes
- Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
- Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
- Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

Doctor didn’t really listen to my issues. She also never responded to my message after the appointment. I think she is more concerned with getting paid for another appointment than actually trying to help.
