“First time in this office. I’m not accustomed to taking myself to my exam room in a doctors office, but that wasn’t a big issue. The nurse came in quickly after I went to my assigned room and my appointment started (15 mins before scheduled time, I was early.) Dr Roy was very thorough with my medical history, addressed all my concerns. Most Drs are in and out as quickly as possible but I didn’t feel rushed at all. She gave me my lab script and then someone came in to set up my follow up. I was very happy with today’s visit.”

Dr. Roy and her staff were perfect! So glad I found her and chose her as my PCP. The office is bright clean and safe welcoming environment. The surprise for me and my husband that was interesting to us was to find our exam room we had to located a street name that leads to different exam rooms our street was BLUE BONNETT BLVD. And this first time visit with Dr. Diana Roy DO was the bomb dot com. She was very knowledgeable and most importantly a great listener to my concerns and issues during and after my exam. She was genuinely concerned to help me start a plan for my new weight loss and better health journey. I appreciate her and very pleased to have her as my new Primary Doctor ??. Also a bonus is she does offer online appointments and that makes my life and visits to the Doctors a convenient experience. I highly recommend her to family and friends but I must admit I kinda want to keep her my own little secret. I don't need her to be to booked and busy I wont have the time I need for my appointments. Just kidding everyone should have a physician like Dr. Roy.

The medical staff at the front desk was professional and attentive.
Dr. Diana Roy was excellent, she actually listened and then responded, she asked detail questions with concern. I was completely at awe when she took immediate action on my medication as well as a Specialist referral.

Let me start with I’m a new patient. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Diana Roy. The check in and visit were quickly completed. I loved how thorough they were and the feedback received. It’s a bonus to have other medical professionals/specialists as well as the lab for bloodwork to be housed in the same building. I highly recommend Dr. Roy. She and all the staff I dealt with had very good bedside manners.

Dr. Roy was amazing. I did some research and found her and I chose her because of her reviews. The reviews did not lie! She was so attentive, addressed all my concerns, and we came up with a great plan of care. I was in and out and didn’t wait at all. I will recommend her to everyone! Dr. Diana Roy was absolutely fantastic. Her beside manner was very respectful and comfortable. She answered all of my questions and explained things with clarity, expect bluntly saying the office for bloodwork was literally in the same building. She stated it was “right next door” in which I was looking for something outside the building next door, then in turn lead me to go to a totally different sight for bloodwork. Now I know it’s directly inside the same building.
