What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first visit, I complete an intake that covers your mental health history, past medications, medical issues, substance use, and support. We talk through your symptoms and goals, then review medication, therapy, and coping-skill options. My role is to guide with evidence, explain clearly, and adjust our plan with you, not for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting with a new provider can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do this alone. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week. If you want a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinician who listens deeply, notices the details, and works with you to find the right plan, I would be honored to support you.
