About Diana Szilvasi
Dr. Diana Szilvasi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and more than a decade of experience in patient care. She currently serves the Eastside community through her work at Overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center (OAOC) in Bellevue, where she provides comprehensive, compassionate care for patients living with autoimmune diseases, inflammatory arthritis, and osteoporosis.
Diana’s clinical journey began in 2011 in home health, followed by six years on the frontlines of acute care as a charge nurse in a hospital medical/oncology unit. This solid foundation in both chronic and complex conditions now informs her work in rheumatology, where she applies that same attentiveness, clinical rigor, and empathy to help patients navigate the challenges of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, and other autoimmune conditions. Her transition into outpatient rheumatology allowed her to form deeper relationships with patients and focus on long-term health strategies tailored to each individual.
Born in Romania and raised in Bellevue, Diana is proud to serve the very community she has called home since childhood. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington, followed by her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Seattle University—equipping her with both the academic foundation and clinical insight to offer holistic, evidence-based care.
Diana is known among her patients and peers for her attentive, whole-person approach. She believes that healing begins with listening—and works closely with each patient to understand their lifestyle, challenges, and goals in order to build a care plan that not only manages disease but improves day-to-day quality of life.
At OAOC, she is part of a collaborative team advancing care for patients across the greater Seattle region, including access to clinical research opportunities in arthritis and autoimmune disease.
