About Diana Vlad
Diana Vlad is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
She first received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bacau University in Romania in 2003. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Nursing from Hunter College, New York, in 2010 and earned her Master’s degree from Lehman College, New York, in 2016.
Diana gained her Dermatology experience at Columbia University Medical Center, where she worked closely with the director of cutaneous oncology, managing patients with skin cancers and other chronic dermatologic conditions, such as psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, hair loss and acne. Diana gained years of invaluable dermatology experience during her time at Columbia University Medical Center and she is eager to share her knowledge with her patients at Soho Health. Diana is dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care to her patients and believes in treating the patient as a whole. She has a passion for helping patients feel good in their skin.
While she is a strong proponent of regular skin cancer screenings and a big advocate for skin cancer prevention, she has almost a decade of Cosmetic dermatology experience– chemical peels, microneedling, Botox and fillers.
Diana is fluent in Romanian and Italian and she understands Spanish. When she is not working, Diana enjoys long walks in nature, watching sunsets, yoga, everything with matcha, listening to French music, and spending time with family and friends.

I booked this provider for a virtual visit. A few hours before my appointment they called me to confirm and get payment. All standard. Except the provider did not show up to the appointment. I waited after taking time out of my busy schedule. Usually it wouldn't be an issue but the fact that they called to confirm and take my CC info before this is extremely annoying. You need to do better.
When I called their office the front desk told me to keep waiting and they'll find another provider to join. They have no respect for anyone's time. If this is the experience you provide first time patients I can't imagine how poorly you handle others

After 20 mins of waiting for my provider on video call I hung up the call. I tried to call the office and was hung up on. 10 minutes later they called to ask where I was. 30 mins after my scheduled appointment time, I was getting in the car to go get my kid and wasn't available. I'll have to schedule again when I can afford to sit around for a half an hour before being seen, but I'll likely pick a different provider. I understand waiting in person, but over video call, my goal is efficiency and I can't wait all day. The appointment was said to only take 10 minutes and obviously, waiting 30 minutes isn't ideal.

Very fast service. I was seen in a timely manner. The doctor was able to adress all my concerns and is on top of my well being. I definitely recommend this place. Easy to find, and very nice and clean. At the end of your appointment they even provide you with a sample bag of all hypoallergenic creams.

I came in with a mild irritation around my eyes. The provider prescribed two antibiotic ointments. After two days, the irritation is much, much, worse - it now cover 3x more of my face, and it itches and hurts! I have to see someone else immediately. What a waste of time.
