“I’ve been working with Diane for almost a year now & my relationship with food has made a complete 360. With her help, I’m no longer pre diabetic, my cholesterol is being controlled & stable, I’m getting weened off of my blood pressure medication. The scale is not my worst enemy. She is always available for quick questions &/or “meltdowns”. I still have a long way to go, but I’m glad I’ll be driving with her. I’ve finally realized that this is a lifestyle change & im living a healthier better me. ”

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I have received extensive training in many aspects of diabetes care and management. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, followed by a Master's in Nutrition and an Internship in Dietetics at Saint Elizabeth University. I have devoted my career to learning the science of nutrition and the psychology of eating, which create the foundations for sustainable habits that last. My practice is science-based and person-centered, meaning I tailor my approach to the needs of each client. Every single client is treated with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.

So far I have had a positive experience. Ms. Ramos has helped have a better relationship with food. At first I was skeptical about visiting a dietitian to help me achieve my goals. Now I understand that this is a long term process and having Ms. Ramos helping me along the way makes it easier.

Diane is a great Nutritionist. Since I have been a patient. I lost 24 lbs and counting. She takes her time to explain my nutrition plan and makes sure I understand. I have choices and she works with me to complete my nutrition goals. She educates me, I have so many questions and she answers all of them.
