I believe that mental and physical health are connected, and I have a passion for educating my clients to recognize potential physical disadvantages that may be limiting their ability to manage their mood and behavior or stay motivated to succeed. Psychotherapy and self-help methods, while important, can be difficult to work through, especially if excessive stress, genetics, or other factors have left us with a disruption in the natural balance and flow of normal processes and communications in the brain and nervous system. For those who experience mental health struggles despite their best efforts and intentions, additional evidence-based treatment options such as medications, supplements, or dietary changes can be very beneficial and provide greater rates of remission and relief. I provide virtual sessions for consultation, diagnosis, medication prescriptions, and follow-up. I strive to reduce misconceptions and stigmas associated with these physical treatments and provide my clients with the knowledge and tools available through science to give them their best chance at recovery and wellness. I do not offer formal psychotherapy but do encourage a combined treatment and will collaborate with your therapist as appropriate.

If your insurance is not in-network, I can accept credit card payments and provide a superbill for you to attempt to be reimbursed by your insurance for out-of-network care. I provide some discounts for those who are uninsured.
