About Dianne Lyn Ocan
Dianne is a Family Nurse Practitioner graduate from United States University, where she earned her Master's in Family Nursing with honors and distinction. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State University in just 11 months. She began her nursing career at East Los Angeles College with an Associate Degree in Nursing and has since worked her way up. She will start her Doctorate program in Fall 2024.
Her professional background includes six years as a registered nurse in Las Vegas, NV, and Los Angeles, CA. Her specialties include stroke, telemetry, medical-surgical, and DOU step-down units. As a Nurse Practitioner, she provides primary care to adults and geriatrics alongside our Medical Director, Dr. Flores. She is also a nursing professor, teaching both theory and clinicals at a private university to future nursing students. Additionally, she is certified as a SottoPelle provider and offers aesthetic services out of Oceanside.
Dianne has a passion for healthcare, focusing on healing her patients from the inside out in all aspects of their lives. Her focus is on maximizing wellness through hormone optimization, weight loss, and patient education.
Dianne strives to be the best in all aspects of her work. She delivers excellent customer service, drawing on over 10 years of management experience. Her demeanor and character allow her to build a solid, enjoyable, and genuine experience with every patient. She truly takes the time to get to know each individual to better understand how to serve their wants and needs. Providing comprehensive patient education and being a patient advocate is her top priority, as she believes it empowers patients to take charge of their healthcare beyond the clinic and into their homes.
