I spoke to the office person and STILL HAD NO IDEA that I had to download their app and enter the video visit from there. I’ve had visits on the Zocdoc app before. I am busy, I’m NOT looking at email expecting to get this information after I’ve already spoken to your staff. Naturally no one is the office on a holiday weekend. I’d be screwed if it wasn’t for Babylon. If you can’t get your act together in the front office, you shouldn’t be on Zocdoc! I am not a happy camper.

Explained the condition very well. I have high BP & white coat syndrome that makes BP shoot really high. Dr. Diem kept me under observation to ensure I was comfortable & safe before sending me home.
