I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and grief through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I offer client-centered care tailored to each person’s needs, including faith-integrated CBT for those who want their spiritual values included in treatment. My goal is to help clients make meaningful progress in their daily lives.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you have been carrying so much on your own. You do not have to have everything figured out before taking the first step. Healing is possible, and support is available. When you are ready, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in a compassionate, respectful, and growth-focused space.

It was a great experience. the office is very tidy and clean everything looks brand new actually. The staff were great! Very customer service oriented. answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. also when the guy drew my blood he was successful on the first go where ive had issues in the past where people couldn't find my vein so I can tell when someone is good at their Job and experienced by how my experience is when they draw my blood and it was great! this office will now be my permanent primary care doctor, even though its a little far for me totally worth the drive!
