“It was a great experience. the office is very tidy and clean everything looks brand new actually. The staff were great! Very customer service oriented. answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. also when the guy drew my blood he was successful on the first go where ive had issues in the past where people couldn't find my vein so I can tell when someone is good at their Job and experienced by how my experience is when they draw my blood and it was great! this office will now be my permanent primary care doctor, even though its a little far for me totally worth the drive!”

Dieulune Honorat, APRN, FNP-BC, an ANCC Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is the Clinical Director of At Home Primary Care. A proud alumna of the University of Miami School of Nursing, where she earned her Master's in Family Nursing, she brings over a decade of experience to her practice. Having worked predominantly in Emergency and Primary Care, she has successfully managed several primary care practices, gaining extensive expertise in treating a wide range of patients facing life-threatening conditions.
As a primary care provider, Mrs. Honorat is known for her compassionate and empathetic approach. She prioritizes creating a comfortable and safe environment where patients feel heard and understood. Her deep knowledge and experience, combined with her exceptional bedside manner, make her an invaluable asset to the healthcare community.

I had my first visit with Dr. Honorat today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly patient, took the time to really listen, and went deep into my family history instead of rushing through. I felt like she truly cared about understanding the whole picture. It was such a refreshing change from the usual “in and out” appointments I’ve had elsewhere. I left feeling confident, heard, and cared for. I will definitely be going back!
