“The front desk area was very clean and inviting. Deepa and Rachel greeted me upon arrival with a warm smile. The check in process was smooth and efficient. I was roomed immediately by Simran LVN. She was very professional and treated my daughter with so much compassion. She explained everything she was doing to both myself and my daughter. Patrick was our provider and was fantastic as always. He's always such a great listener and gives phenomenal professional advice. I recommend Express Care Roseville to all of my family and friends, even encourage ones without accepted insurance to change so that they can be seen at Express Care. I will always vouch for the amazing front office staff, medical assistants/nurses, providers, and management team! Thank you Express Care for being available to us!”

Several days later, I needed an antibiotic change and the staff made the call and within 30 minutes, my pharmacy called to tell me my new antibiotic was ready. All around, it was a great experience

Both the assistant & PA were helpful & assisting & diagnosing, doing tests I needed done after coming back from an overseas trip...this was my 2nd trip to an urgent care sameday cause the 1st place was out of test kits...PA checked in more detail...I was happy all was negative...but the overall visit was positive!
