About Dr. Dijana Mirkovic
Dr. Dijana Mirkovic was raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin where she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – Parkside with a bachelor's of science in biology and earned her doctorate degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her post-graduate studies at Presence Saint Joseph Hospital of Chicago, during which time she served as chief resident her final year. Her education focused on both forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, as well as all aspects of podiatric medicine.
She provides foot and ankle treatment to patients of all ages, including conservative and surgical options. She strives to provide patient-centered care and to open a strong chain of communication between herself, her patients and their families. She focuses on building a trusting relationship in an environment in which her patients feel comfortable asking all of their questions.
She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and has a true love for cooking.
