I would go back, however the wait time for a new patient was too long. Overall the staff was pleasant and professional.

He was the most available doctor accepting my insurance and within a reasonable distance from my home. Very friendly staff and atmosphere as well as a warm and concerning Dr.

I had an appointment at 1:45, unfortunately I arrived at 1:53. Upon entering office I was told to self sign-in electronically. I did so, at 3:15 I was called over to the receptionist desk and told they don't take my insurance. 1h 22m of wait to tell me they don't take my insurance?? I waited patiently because I knew I was slightly late, but to hold someone for over an hour to tell them that?!.! Unacceptable.

I'm glad that he's only the first rheumatologist that I'm consulting. Same advice as other ignorant physicians, "cut out carbs and lose weight." Every nutritionist I've ever seen has advised against this, but of course, if you're a fat person then it's your fault that you're in pain. I wasn't always fat, in fact the sudden weight gain has been a huge concern of mine and has only increased my chronic pain. I decided to ignore the comment and wait until my follow up to see if my bloodwork showed anything that could help. I waited three weeks for the results, only to hop on to the telehealth call and sit there for 15 minutes alone. The nurse practitioner was a no show. What a waste of my time.

I showed up and doctor canceled everyone with no notification. Receptionist claimed she called everyone but did not, They didn’t even cancel the appointment so they can still charge for nothing. Now he’s not available until December.

he is friendly and he listens to my concerns about my arthritis and lupus. maybe next apptment he can tell me more after the results of my blood work.

Great doctor
What stood out to me was this Dr. Was very dismissive of what I was telling him! My physical pain didn't seem to bother him at all, prescribed nothing, leaving it up to another doctor somewhere else to deal with my pain issue, just come back and see him in a month when the blood work comes back.. visit time with him was less then 15 mins after waiting over 1 1/2 hrs to meet him... I'm going to give him 1 more chance to come correct, but if after that it's no better,I will not be going back!
