About Dr. Dina Seif

Dr. Dina Seif believes that with the right mindset, support, and environment, every individual has the power to heal and transform. She brings a deeply personalized and compassionate approach to care, crafting tailored treatment plans that support each patient’s unique journey toward mental wellness. Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Seif has over 15 years of experience using ketamine in both emergency and outpatient settings. In 2019, she founded one of Orange County’s first dedicated ketamine clinics and has since guided over 100 patients from around the world toward renewed hope and healing—especially those struggling with treatment-resistant depression. Dr. Seif is a member of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians and was recognized as a Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she completed her undergraduate, medical, and business education. After training in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York, she completed her Emergency Medicine residency and a fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound at LAC+USC Medical Center. She later served as a Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. At the heart of her work is a commitment to providing expert, integrative care in a supportive, trauma-informed setting where patients can reconnect with their inner strength and rediscover what’s possible.
