Getting to know Dinapoles Galvan
I understand that clients have unique needs and that they are the best advocates for themselves. I strive to educate clients about their treatment options and resources to empower them to make autonomous decisions. I am acutely aware of the challenges faced by minorities, LGBTQ individuals, and many underserved populations. I hold a Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, a Master's in Nursing from Chamberlain University, and a Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My clients realize that they do not give up their autonomy by virtue of seeking help. I strives to help clients “be the best version of themselves”. I provide my clients with alternatives that include medication, lifestyle changes and nutrition.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a psychiatrist. I have been to many before, and none are like him. He is a great listener and really knows when to come in and comment. He is also super informational and very smart. He truly wants the best for you. Highly recommend.
