The long wait was worth it. All the staff and Dr. We’re so nice and I left with a feeling of hope for my Husband.

It was "eh" I basically paid to sit around and wait. Talk for 5 mins wait some more and then had a 3 min consult.
She is very rude. I waited for 6 HOURS. and I was not happy about the service. I will never go there again.
She wants to push meds and send you to outpatient therapy where you would need to take off work for.
Dr. Sajan and her staff were great. Wait time was a little long, but worth it. Great bedside manner
Extremely expensive copay with insurance. Didn’t even get to talk to the doctor. Won’t be back.
My appointment was 11:15 am wasnt seen till after 1pm then didn’t even get what I came for.

I was interviewed by Mai, the nurse practitioner. She was awesome.

I think she could have asked me more questions - but perhaps that comes on the 2nd visit?
Don’t waste your time or your money here, it is absolutely not worth it in every way.
my appointment was better than I expected...staff was excellent and professional....
Horrible. I've been going to psychiatrists for years and won't be back...ever.
Dr. Sajan was great! Very professional and kind as well as her nurse/ assistant

It was fantastic. She adressed all our problems and the staff was superb.
Very professional. They listened to me and I feel like they will help.
The receptionist forgot to check me in so I had to wait a long time.
Didn't get the medication that I came for and was put on two others
Staff & PA's are very personable & compassionate. Doc was great!
Understanding compassionate and thorough in their approach.

Very knowledgeable and personable. Very positive experience.
Overall a positive experience. The wait was a little long.
I booked my appt with Dr Dinar Sajan via zocdoc but They called me a few days prior to get my insurance info and were like oh by the way your appt is with Debra Charles, a nurse practitioner. So my advice is stay far away from her. The entire appt she was chewing on a gum or candy which was so disgusting. No personality, no empathy, no dialogue, just reading questions written on the intake form. I asked Debra Charles what the process is for transferring ADHD medication and she said she REQUIRES MONTHLY appts in order to process ADHD med. Yes, you heard me right!! You need to see her 1 x month. 12 times per year. And still pay for each visit (it’s so awful that she should be paying patients for it!). My family doctor said that’s how these providers are scamming patients- it’s unheard of having to go in monthly so they can prescribe meds. Shop around-there are better psychiatrists…. compassionate, empathetic, patient, caring, respectful, good at observing, listening and communication.

    Great staff & service.

the doctor wanted to treat me for depression that is caused from my drug use and not the drug use itself but online it says that she offers help with opioid addiction she just tried to give me Lexapro I had that when I had postpartum depression all my problems revolve around my addiction and she didn't want anything to do with it. so basically she just wasted my money just to tell me she doesn't provide what I'm looking for why couldn't she tell me before I even came up there she rips people off basically.

I don’t want to feel like I’m forced into a inpatient facility. When I feel that bad I will sign myself in somewhere. I have in the past. I know the doctors heart is in the right place but I will not be backed into a corner. I have ADHD and I can’t get medication for that. I have insomnia really bad and I’m up for days at a time and that will make anyone feel depressed mentally.

First time i booked an appointment, they canceled it without telling me. Second time, they were unaware and tried to charge me more than three times the amount my I was supposed to be charged. Additionally, staff was rude and repeatedly ignored calls from my insurance provider. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone unless you hate them.
    Verified patient
The staff were good, but they require a ekg, blood test and other crap for adhd medicine which I have never heard of before. Don’t go here, they are just trying to get more money out of you.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They are HORRIBLE

The NP I visited with was extremely friendly and straightforward with the meeting. Asked all the right questions and made sure I wasn’t confused. Will be come back to her for my next visit!
Very chaotic and dirty, being at a psychiatrist you think they'd want a calm, comfortable environment. This was not the case, if it weren't for the $250 cancellation fee I would've ran out of the office on the spot.
Was seen by a PA who was very combative about my meds from the start. She then got the doctor that I thought I was seeing because I have been on a mild controlled substance. I have been on the same two medications for years. I Was then made to feel like a drug addict and criminal and told I needed multiple drug tests and visits in a matter of 6 weeks as well as calling my past and current medical providers before giving me anything. I did not mind giving access to my medical history but did not feel comfortable having her name as a main caregiver so soon in case I did not stay with her. It Was such an awful appointment. I was more anxious and overwhelmed and felt shamed for having anxiety. I said forget it and left.
    Amazing staff

    Not helpful.
While this office isn't terrible--the people have been kind and understanding, and seem genuinely interested in my improvement with regards to my medication, I've now been three times and it's simply very expensive. They expect to see their patients VERY regularly, and at these prices that is unrealistic for me. I thought it would be fine that this office isn't particularly nearby, since I imagined I'd be seeing them every few months, not every few weeks. I've got a LOT of medical issues to tackle right now (pcos, chronic migraines, issues with fatigue, my mental health, and two surgeries lined up for the future), so I simply can't afford to come back again and again to speak to these people. I think a more personal, smaller practice with direct interaction with the doctor is better suited to my needs, and I'd imagine that's true of a lot of people with mental health issues to deal with.

Do not go to this doctor. She’s not helpful and will not treat you like a multi-faceted human being. Also oddly against marijuana smokers, which like, it’s 2019, so maybe get over yourself and your weird war-on-drugs-era views? Just an idea.

I met with a nurse practitioner and she was great

They had a very well run office!
This doctors office is all about volume, turning and burning. Sent me off-site to do a diagnosis that the doctor can do. The PAs do all the work. This office definitely doesn't make it easy and I was asked if I could "actually" pass a drug test like three times while dressed in business casual clothes and having an executive level job...
Waited for over an hour to be seen, and I spent the appointment with the physician's assistant. The psychiatrist only came in for a second to introduce herself. It was the weirdest experience, and I don't think I'll be going back.
Excellent service from the beginning to end up

Very well-rounded. I believe that the practitioners recommendations and medication adjustments were well-founded and productive. Very good visit happy with the services.

Went to Dr. Sajan on the advice of my Humana Nurse today. Am almost out of ativan and needed a refill. Instead was told to check in to Windmoor of Clearwater and go through withdrawls. She only saw me once before for a couple of minutes and without seeing me at all today. I have been this route several times and treating my GAD in that type of facility and had anxiety so bad they put me back on clonazepam and then ativan. Won't go through it again. Will find a sympathetic psychiatrist that will leave my meds alone.
I was feeling terrible the time of my appointment. Had barely able to get out of bed. She set up a new appointment for me. I am so grateful for her compassion.
It was my first visit having given up on Directions. Been seeing the same doctor there for about three years and all she did was tinker with my meds. Her approach to my illness got me back in life but I don't want to remain on all the meds I am on and still wind up in the ER every few weeks. She was treating the symptoms but not the Illness. I am really hoping that will change now.
Very professional, the office was inviting, the staff and doctor were helpful and pleasant. The wait time was not bad, I am a new patient, I was in and out with in an hour. I feel negative reviews may come from people who just want a prescription and the doctor isn't going to fill a prescription for someone who abuses drugs, she has morals and I like that. The whole experience was good, I didn't feel judged and I was happy I went.
